| The rental shall be a short term holiday let. The number of adults staying will be......... persons and .......... young children. No pets are allowed unless expressly noted hereafter. |

| The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen. Bottom sheets are provided on two single beds and the double bed. You are required to bring duvet covers, pillow slips and towels etc. You will find the cottage clean and tidy and you agree to leave it as you find it. The deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure if all is left this way! |

This must be paid in full upon signing this agreement along with the reservation deposit of 100 pounds per week and a 50 pound cleaning deposit. The rental is non-refundable within 2 months of your rental date, unless we are able to re-book the period. |

Terms and Conditions A reservation deposit of £100 per week is required with booking (Non refundable upon cancellation) - A booking is confirmed only when a deposit is received.
| If the booking is made six weeks or less before arrival then the full rental is payable. Once the booking form is accepted by us, you are responsible for full payment when due. A 50 pound damage/cleaning deposit is charged and held by us and will be returned in full within fourteen days after departure, provided no loss or damage has been incurred and the property is left in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to withhold part or all of the deposit towards extra cleaning costs, where a property has not been left in good condition. Premises are checked by our agents and any damage to the equipment or the property is fully chargeable to the tenant. The liability is not limited to the deposit. The owners of the properties do not accept any liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, or expense, whether to persons or to property, which the tenants or any other persons may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with, the letting. In the event of a cancellation being received in writing before the commencement of the holiday, we will endeavour to re-let the property for the period concerned, and if such re-letting proves possible, we shall, at our sole discretion, refund the balance of money paid. If the property is not re-let for any reason, the original lessee is liable for the whole of the rental amount. |

| Note - There is a dishwasher and small washer/dryer, but we reserve these for use during longer lets only - as operationally they take getting used to. Due to on demand water heater the shower works fine but a soak in the tub may take a while to fill! Thank you. |
